1. General Shipping Information
Thank you for shopping with Otilia Apparel. Items ship directly from our global suppliers. This is how we offer unique products but expect extended delivery times.
2. Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing time before shipment, usually between 1–5 business days.
Processing time is separate from the shipping time.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
3. Estimated Shipping Times
The time listed below is an estimate and does not include the 1–5 day processing period.

Estimated Delivery Time (After Processing): 9- 25 Business Days

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the email.
If your order contains multiple items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages, as items may ship from different suppliers.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Otilia Apparel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to the supplier due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery cost.
